Water Problems [DM: Voda Vosa; Judge: Kalidrev!]

"I am hungry and I know you are too" Vardaal says pointing to the sorceress, laughing at his own joke.

"Oh Vardaal, you can read me like a book, can't you?" Torqua laughs as she gets a closer look at them. "And while I'm dying with curiosity to find out how a few of these Ankheg things taste, given that these things spit acid, maybe it's for the best we don't find out. Through maybe if we boil them enough, that might neutralize the acid..."

Torqua ponders to herself for a moment if Ankheg are better sunny-side-up or scrambled then shakes herself out of it.

"Alright, Frost, I'm going to try to lure out whoever laid these eggs. You fellows just better be ready because I'm in no mood to be eaten by a giant Ankheg Queen." Torqua adds, before taking in a deep breath and breathing out a massive blaze of fire at the eggs.

"Well, it looks like we found out where the water went- and we found out what happened to the previous scouting teams," Myoko said as the group surveyed the scene. "We have the information we were sent for- now all we need to do is clean the place up a bit. They might need a pump or something to bring the water up to ground level, but that is an engineering problem, not something for us." As she spoke, she held up the sunrod as high as she could, and she kept her spear ready in her other hand. Certainly Torqua's destructive magic was likely to provoke a response from something...

Torqua breathes flames over the eggs, but they appear not to be burning, instead, several of them hatch at the stimuli, and the larvae gather together into swarms of nasty maggots!
Vardaal's screams seems to have triggered the desired effect, as three tunnels open, an ankheg adult crawling out of each.
Hundreds of feet underground, the last battle has began!

OOC: Initiatives! If you wanted to be in a different position state so.

"Okay fellows! We finish these guys off and then it's pay day! We'll be swimming in gold and silk soon enough!" Torqua say excitedly as she cracks her knuckles, getting ready for the battle ahead.

OOC: Initiative is 17, or 19 including Myoko's Combat Leader ability. Torqua quite quick for a girl her size.

I'm fine with my current position as well.

Fight! Torqua and Frost go first.

Not holding back, Torqua's body swells with arcane energy as hundreds of glowing lighting bolt shaped scars appear on her, filling the cave with a blue light. With her eyes glowing with magical fury, Torqua unleases a strom of arcane lighting like a thunderous scream at the two swarms of maggots heading her way.
