Waterdeep Heist question on DragonWard

Question Page 6 dragonward hints that dragon type are not allow in Waterdeep does this apply to dragonborn.?

It does not, dragonborn are humanoid creatures by type. I believe it would apply to half-dragon templated creatures though.

Dragonborn would be humanoids, not dragons.
