Absolutely we do. Wizards can yank the OGL 1.0a at any time. They only gave a promise on a social media post. That promise - with no legal backing at all - is the only thing that is keeping alive Pathfinder, Dungeon Crawl Classics, Old School Essentials, and most other games not explicitly based on 5th edition.
Of note, Kyle Brings said WotC would be interested in participating and possibly signing onto ORC (in the latest interview)

That's like letting Black Adam join the JSA.
The analogy isn't wrong, but it's not quite right either. People thought similar things when Microsoft started funding & contributing to open source projects years back;but today Microsoft is one of the largest contributors to OSS. If the goal is a thriving community its best for the big players to cooperate well enough to shsre a friendly stage without fear of the other hiding a knife behind the curtain. Wotc giving ORC a thumbs up that makes it easy to produce an ORC adventure with a CC4BY & maybe even ogl section because then they get things like paizo's 5e abomination vault years ago instead of more recently/coming soon edit:eek:r a hypothetical rising from the last war for other systems if they are really serious like Microsoft with its various Mac ios Android & *nix software offerings.
