Well there is a slight difference between the d20/OGL and the D6 one... It looks like people need to pay to use the D6 (WEG) one...

Well there certainly aren't any "fans" that are going to plunk down $500 for a license.

They seem to have missed the point entirely about what OGC is (and how it would help their game system).

How long before we see the d4, d8, d10 (Hero??), and d12 systems? Or perhaps the d30 or d100 systems? Or even better, the d7 system? Anyone remember the seven-sided dice?

Yeah, WEG kinda missed the point. But it seems to me that this is just a way to let the former head of WEG put out d6 stuff through his own company, yet still be palatable to the new owners of WEG.

If I had the money though, I'd seriously think about popping for the license. I love d6. Mmmmmm.....d6.
