Just in time to not go to GenCon and watch all you people go...bah! BAH I SAY!

Though I really need to contact my relatives in Florida...they may be in North Central where it wasn't as hard hit, but I'm still a bit worried. I am kind of glad I left and avoided this. I remember Andrew...that was really no fun at all.

Ankh - if they're here in Gainesville, they should be fine as we didn't get any of the hurricane - missed us completely.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for much of the state...

Glad to see you guys back up, on a side note did all our members make it through the storm ok? (I was part of the emergency relief for Andrew and man was that unfun....especially the looters and seeing the kids without homes).

At least that's some good news...sadly, I do have some other friends and family around Sarasota and such. Somehow I doubt I'll hear from them for a while.

I've learned that even horseback riding in the Olympics is boring...but Water Polo, Ping Pong, and rowing are suprisingly interesting.

Now that's some boredom. Wizard World was going on this last weekend, so I was too busy to notice ENWorld was down. I hope everyone is OK!

i missed that one eris... (wife has been sick, spending mucho time in the hospital visiting) a couple of my friends did go however, too bad i didn't get the chance to meet up with them.
