Werewolf psion?

Trellian

One of my players plays a psion. Last session he was attacked and bitten by a werewolf. He did not make his saving throw, so the result was of course that he became a werewolf as well.

I guess he can still use his psi powers while in hybrid or animal form? His mental attributes are not affected by lycanthropy, so I am merely making sure I'm right in this.

If said werewolf fails his check and is forced, against his will, to become a hybrid or animal, then he shouldn't be able to concentrate on psionics.

If he can control the shapechange, then yes, he can use psionics.
