WFRP Vampire Counts Adventures?

I seem to remember there being a sourcebook for the vampire counts that detailed their lands and had adventures for that region and such, maybe even a campaign. I think it was for WFRP 2e, but I'm not completely sure.

I'd love to run something like this in WVRP 4e.

Does anyone know what book(s) for this, please?

I don't think it has specific adventures though.

Looking at it, there aren't any adventures... but there is a short section (5 pages) that discusses a vampire campaign. There's a short bit about having vampire PCs, but it's mostly about setting up a campaign where the major villain is a vampire.

Convert Curse of Strahd. Set it in Sylvania. The mists are simply Vampiric Magic. Replace vestiges with daemons. Vistani are Strigani.
