"Gygax the Omnipotent"

Argus Firebrand was one of the better names that a player had that I can remember. Presently one of my player's characters is named Thovaas Stroth, which I thought was pretty catchy. Most of the others IMC now are pretty good too, but somehow don't stick in my mind just yet.

Delphine Laxshmi St. Sous a human hieress, daughter of...
Pavur-Pierre Arjuna St. Sous a shipping magnate from Narayan, a city with a distinctly French/Indian flavor.

Vasco de Texaco a famous explorer fond using an herbal preparation called "The Wrath of the Chaff" --medieval LSD-- who also belongs to a cult that worships a deified 21st century slacker from our world, specifically, from Pasadena. And his navigator...
Sing Sang Soong aka "Wrongway Soong". The pair of them led a famous expedition in which they attempted to sail east until the reached the past, thus proving their world was a tesseract. They actually sailed [mostly] north and discovered the arctic circle.

I think these are great, of course, they are all my NPC's I've been working on...

Kaeta Hlaenddare a Gray elf with a heavily modified angel template. She's the daughter of an elvish sorceress and a solar. She's got lots of nifty spell-like abilities, mostly defensive in nature as i didn't think a half-angel would have stuff like earthquake at will. So instead, i gave her alot of 1st and 0-level spells for her at will and 3x a day spell-like slots. (i have a munchkin imagination yes indeedy do). she would only be played in a mid-to high level power-gaming campaign.

more 2 come.....

Definately....

Ponteriff Abernacle: He was the halfling accountant of the party, he catalogued all of the treasure and traded with everybody as we adventured. He had no rogue abilities and was technically a fighter, though he never wore armour unless told to, and only used his crossbow. He had a pet jack russell who had the abilitiy to keep people awake by barking at the darkness all night (the wizard loved that one), and eating other people's breakfast. Ponteriff was completely stupid to the ways of magic (a bag of holding...my bag holds things too, I don't call that very magicky) but was smart enough to apply to be a Lawer of Cormyr (surely that'd be a presteige class now?) and hired the well-toned barbarian to some of the court ladies for companionship to cover some of the fees for classes.

Jon- pc halfling rogue
Jacob- npc halfling fighter
Jingle- npc halfling rogue
Heimer- npc halfling wiz
Smitz- npc halfling cleric

It was an ongoing joke when the pc made Jon. The very next npc was jingle. Then later on they met up with jacob, heimer and smitz who were trying to form an all halfling group.

hehehehehe

A trio of Ooze Mephit Rogue NPCs named Larry, Murray and Slorg.

I dunno why, but saying "Larry, Murray and Slorg" made me happy.
