Hello all,
I am a senior staff memeber of Backara as well as one of the writters for the Herald. I write the Piece by Piece column every month and other articles as well.
I, personally, am proud to be associated with the Herald and with Backara. By the definition given of mundane I will admit that it is mundane as opposed to magical or fantastical. However, I find the challenges of writting for such a place intriguing.
A few comments, first on grammer - I'm not the editor so they are not pointed at me.
On Aserial - What you got was Aserial the man. From this portion of him I can understand why you do not see the point of him. Aserial lives in the bottom floor of the world's largest library that boasts a catalog of every written work in the known world. There are also scribes and journalists who work for Aserial all over the world. There is a suppliment under development that is completelly devoted to Aserial's library. Yes, if you hadn't guessed Aserial is my baby. The reason he is epic level is becuase he's spent a couple of centuries locked in a basement studying arcana, that's enough to learn a few things don't you think?
