What character sheet do you use?

I like to make my own character-specific sheets. I usually tailor it to the abilities of my character and update it if I add a new class or whatnot. I often have a tough time finding the relevant abilities and modifiers and such if I don't do it myself.

We use notebook paper.

(We use notebook paper, play on the floor, hardly anyone has their own books or dice, those who do have dinged up books/dice, and only one of us has an actual dicebag- the rest use socks or plastic baggies. We're like a bunch of RPG hobos.)

I still use the character sheets that came along as part of the pre-3.0 playtest package versions of the PH, DMG, and proto-MM. I think they even have the "Non-Disclosure" warning along the top and bottom.

I play with a portable computer in front of me, so I use a custom-made excel spreadsheet. It figures calculations for me on the spot, so I don't have to waste my time when adding bardic music, rapid shot, bless, etc. all at the same time. I'm lazy that way. :)

Currently I use PCGen by Code Monkey Publishing. OF course now that our campaign is whoring towards 3.5, I'll have to wing it or get off my lazy butt and find a new one. Blah, where's my icon for Excel?
