You're missing a couple of the major settings:

Kalamar
Scarred Lands

If you just wanted official DnD settings then Raveloft does not belong on the list but Kalamar does.

Considering you only used 6 options; you had room for 4 more...

My homebrew 'natch!

For published ones how about Mystra? Cheesy, but good. Then there's always Spelljammer...

edit: ... and Planescape ...

Maybe he was just going for WotC settings, Arcady? in which case RL could count, because it _was_ published by WotC, but Kalamar would not. But if that's the case, he's missing Dragonlance, Dark Sun, SpellJammer, Planescape, Brightright, Mystara, and probably another one or two I'm forgetting in sleep-needing haze.

"Oriental Adventures" isn't a campagin setting, either.

I use a homebrew world and Loerem about 50/50, depends on the moods of me and my players. On our off time we play in good old Dragonlance normaly, as we have a lot of DL fans in my group.

Sorry, Lupis, but OA isn't a setting, in and of itself... now, it does include a setting in it - Rokugan - but the book itself is (in theory) a generic oriental sourcebook, useful for *building* a setting.

[Edit, because despite the smilies, my other part just sounded much too harsh.]

OA is a setting the same was the PHB is a "setting". The PHB uses greyhawk as a default, just like OA uses Rokugan as a default, but OA is mostly just a rules supplement. In 1E/2E Oriental Adventures "default setting" was Kara Tur, the easter area of Faerun, the Forgotten Realms. In 3E they changed the default setting, although they did leave references to Kara Tur in here and there.
