What d20 books, other than the main 3, do you find yourself referring to all the time? Which ones have given you tons of ideas that really make you want to play?

For me:

Eberron campaign setting
City of Sharn
Monster Manual III
the various Complete [class] books
City State of the Invincible Overlord (tons of city encounters here)
Libris Mortis

Of course this varies depending on the campaign, but currently...

Swashbuckling Adventures (AEG)
Living Greyhawk Gazetteer (WotC)
Complete Adventurer (WotC)
Complete Divine (WotC)
Libris Mortis (WotC)

Kingdoms of Kalamar Campaign Setting
Kingdoms of Kalamar Atlas
Freeport Campaign Setting
Monsternomicon
Conan the Roleplaying Game
Player's Guide to the Wilderlands

I keep returning to these books when I'm looking for inspiration, and so far they haven't let me down.

Besides the core rulebooks, I find myself using The Tome of Horrors by Necromancer Games a lot. I'm also opening up Poisoncraft by Blue Devil Games a lot lately. I also like Grim Tales by Bad Axe Games. Oh yeah, Unearthed Arcana by WoTC, too.

I assume you mean rules and not settings:

Torn Asunder (Bastion)
Crime and Punishment (atlas)
Dynasties and Demogogues (Atlas)
Unearthed Arcana
Book of Templates (DE) (Silverthorne)
Shaping the Self (Genjitsu)
the Enchiridion series (Silverthorne)
Alchemy and Herbalists (Bastion)
The Other Side (Valent)
MS: Ecology and Culture (Expeditious Retreat)
Advanced Player's Manual (Green Ronin)

Unearthed Arcana
ToolBox

and that's about it.

When i was running 3e I usually used CMG's SRD at the table, rather than the core 3, BTW.
I also used my 1e DMG alot.

Arcana Unearthed- Just a couple of classes from here, but they come up fairly regularly.
Expanded Psionics Handbook- Same.
Book of Fiends and Monsternomicon- I think I use these two books more than I use the MM.
and of course, the current draft of Steam-trains & Sorcery.
