Both of these would have been on my list. However, the half-ogre has been in two official WOTC books. As for the Racial Point of View series, I would want the deity articles as well. However, the desigers of 3e already mucked up the pantheons and some aspects of the non-human racial cultures. Ah, heck! Maybe we do need the racial point of view articles reprinted- add them to my list as well as the deity articles.

Duh Jock with his +5 Holy Avenger Hockey Stick was really funny.
Baba Yaga's Dancing Hut (although it may be better suited for a special Dungeon Edition)
The Roger Moore discussions on the various races (although much may be considered core material at this point).
Reprint those wonderful covers with the Chess Game stylizing.
Those Paladin ones were great. My favorites were the Paramander and Paramandyr (the neutral ones with one for gentle/fairness in balance, and the other a dire avenger of balance, cutting things down to re-establish balance).
