Yeah, I think that Big Clay Projects should take on areas that can't be done with either Dwarven Forge or mere Battlemat + Markers -- that is to say, 3D stuff. I'd love a nice long City Wall, a multi-level Guard or Wizard's Tower, anything where thinking in 3D is important.
A Castle is a bit ambitious... but the elements I'm describing could be used with one, that's for sure.
