From a topic arising orthogonally, are folks here more often DM’s, players, or what. Choose as many answers as fit, and feel free to add more.

I'm calling it an even split of GM and Player though that's not an even spread across all games, and often it's at different points in time where I was 100% GM/DM, and then later, 100% Player for a whole game system, and so on.

I did.

Looking at the poll results, however, shows x people as DMs and y people as players but doesn't tell us how many of those are both vs how many are forever players or forever DMs who don't want to try the other.

Longtime DM and player. I run alternating weeks, while another DM runs the opposite. It's nice, since it allows me to enjoy being a player as well.

That’s why you can choose more than one, as most people did.
