Seriously? Go read the legal documents on that case and then maybe stop judging the victim. What is going on - how can folks know what happened and even think of blaming CR - like how does that thought even occur? Just stop.

I think there is also a factor of popularity In there as well.

I have some of the old PDFs back in the early 2000’s. A lot of the PDFs have been rescanned and cleaned up since then, though I think not all. After all, you have to have an original to reprocess, and the original scan process required disassembly of the book/product, in a way destroying the original (Scanning has come a long way since then).
