They've release various huge creatures... I think the Storm Giant was the tallest just because her sword was so high...

"Largest" is pretty subjective. Maybe "heaviest" would be more quantifiable?

I'd have to say the behir is the heaviest D&D mini so far. Just a guess though.

The Behir is probably the largest, yes. It's far from the most useful in the DDM game, and I haven't had much use for it in D&D either.

Frankly, I like the McFarlane dragons for D&D better than most of the DDM dragons. But then, this comment is unsolicited.

If by large you mean tall, then No.1 is the Storm Giant with just over 6" or 15.5 cm.

But they plan to make a colossal dragon, probably a red one.

the title question has several answers as there are/were many producers of D&D minis.

the WotC mini is probably the Behir. but i don't consider the plastic PoS to be worthy of being called D&D minis.
