My kenders as a race be vaporized on the spot. My any who play them be cursed with the curse of eternal returning ex-wives!!!!! As a former victim of a kender mad DM the is NO curse vile enough for those who use them.

I am truely, deeply saddened by all the gnome hate around here. I'm not surprised at all by the drow hate and kender hate (since both of them are hated for good reason), but why does everyone pick on the poor little gnomes?

Eberron gnomes are scarey.

Went with i/2 giants, In Darksun they were all a joke (until hit by one) and in Psionics they are goofy looking.

Half-Orc, right up there with all those half-dragon-fiend-something races. Pure munchkin races IMO.

Oh and btw...GNOMES ROCK! At least if you dont play them as the fluffy-hushy furballs but as serious, ill tempered and in the way of "we did invent complicated machines when you still lived in caves...so phooey you puny humans!"

There are several races that might as well not exist in my game.

Gnome, Halfling, Half-Elf, Half-Orc.

If/when 4th ed comes out, I hope that at the very least, two of these are removed and saved for some type of optional supplement. Preferably the gnome and half-orc.

If so many people didn't like to play elves (drow, etc.), so many people wouldn't complain about them.

I've never heard anyone raise a ruckus in meatspace about using Drow as villains. In fact, after hearing much whining here, I brought it up with my players and said, basically, "I plan on using Drow as villains for a while. Does anyone have a problem with that." They were like "bring it on."
