What is your favorite level to play as a player?

Would have been easier to anwer in chunks though. low, 1-3, med-low 4-8, med-high 9-12, high 12+ and epic.

You can choose as many or few as you like. I chose 3-9.

for D&D, i'd say levels 1 - 8. above that i rapidly lose interest as the game gets bogged down in too many iterative attacks, spell combos, and magic items.

for other d20 games like d20 Modern or Star Wars, levels 1 - 20 are great for me. those games don't have the same kinds of problems for me that high-level D&D does.

(for Mutants & Masterminds, PL10 - 13 is the sweet spot.)
