What is your favorite monster?

Dragon

The first time I played, an entire campaign was built around taking out a single dragon, and the impact he had on a whole region.

Aside from demons, devils and gods, I don't know what can match the world-shaping ability of a really well designed dragon.

Jermlaine: because they'll do fun stuff to captured PCs...like shave off their eyebrows and vandalize their equipment.

Orcs: because I bought a ton of orc miniatures, and a ton of anything on the tabletop looks pretty frikkin cool.

Kappas (from Oriental Adventures): they always kicked butt before getting killed.

Any kind of demon.

Also have a soft spot for kobolds. Nothing better for a 1st level group than cleaning out a kobold hole.

As a player, I'm torn between minotaurs and centaurs.
