D&D 5E (2024) What is your preferred naming for the 2014 and 2024 versions of D&D?

I've been trying to get "red spine D&D" going a few different places online, but so far, no takers.

It is a new edition. The changes are more intensive and extensive than when 1e AD&D went to 2e. This is 6e.

Hot take: Calling 2E a new edition was largely a marketing decision.

If I recall correctly, 5th edition is officially just called Dungeons and Dragons, and this current incarnation, too, is simply called Dungeons and Dragons.
