3e Planescape, with one plot arc having taken place on Toril (Forgotten Realms). So let's just say high magic and leave it at that. Though the only 'magic shop' the PCs have ventured into was 'The Friendly Fiend', and really only because one of them was A'kins kid.

Mine is below D&D norm, but I wouldn't call it "low magic." (For one thing, it's Scarred Lands, and only the Realms is higher ambient magic.) I shoot for about two-thirds the normal wealth level.

Of the two I play in, one is about D&D normal, and one is, so far at least, way below D&D normal. (That game is, ironically, a Realms game.) The latter may change, though ... we simply haven't been able to get to a city to figure out how much cash we have. But we have found very few magic items.

I'd say low magic, but it really depends on how you look at it.

The world itself tends to be fairly mundane; armies don't have war-wizards. Nobles are generally well-protected behind mundane stone walls. Joe Peasant probably has never seen anything more exotic than an elf or dwarf. While spellcasting clerics are relatively common, the vast majority have no more than one level in cleric.

But that's the world itself. The PC's, however, by virtue of being PC's and the focus of the campaign, run across all the exceptions. They can't rely on certain things like a normal D&D campaign might, but they'll certainly run across some horrific monstrosities, powerful magic items, rakshasa's posing as kings, or whatever. I like the world itself to operate fairly "normally" without needing to Eberron-ize everything to account for all the D&D'isms, but some high fantasy elements can be fun.

High magic, two of the five PCs have potent artefacts, there are massive magical events and rituals going on, and lots of high fantasy stuff. I think all the PCs have more wealth than is recommended for their level as well in terms of stuff.

My current one is a bit higher than standard magic. The last 2 have been very low magic items and the one before those two was pretty much standard. I prefer low magic items but I like to mix it up sometimes.
