1. "Emergency Exit" next to a barred window.

2. "Fire Door. Keep Closed." next to the prison cell's door.

3. A short overview of how many guards there are, when they change the watch, their names, ...

4. An "hourglass" that indicates time during part of the day, when the sun casts the shadow of an iron bar (of the window) on the wall.

5. A curse (meant for the enemy) or battlecry, which may have helped the prisoner to hang in there and don't give up.

6. The remnants of some game the prisoner once played with a prisoner in the neighboring cell.

Funny you should bring this up. I saw this in the stairwell of my office building today: somebody had drawn Bobba/Jango Fett's helmet, and somebody else "enhanced" it by converting it into a guy in his underwear's torso.
