Here are the ones I'm looking forward to:

April 16th - KILL BILL: VOLUME 2
- THE PUNISHER
May 7th - VAN HELSING
May 21st - SHREK 2
June 4th - HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN
July 11th - THE CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK
- SKY CAPTAIN AND THE WORLD OF TOMORROW
June 30th - SPIDER-MAN 2

Although with my luck and current money situation I doubt I'll even get to see them all. The two I will see one way or another are Kill Bill: Volume 2 and Spider-Man 2.

I plan to see many of the above films, but the one movie I'm really excited about is Bride and Prejudice . I've always been a big Jane Austen fan, I've gotten really into Bollywood lately, and I really liked Bend It Like Beckham, so I have high hopes.

What?? I thought this was going to be out within the next couple of months. Looks like I'll be renting Summer Catch to tide me over.

And Arani, our avatars should get together and do lunch.

Wow, kind of sad (for me -- I like movies!) but I see almost nothing on that list that's got me interested.

I never saw Kill Bill 1 so I guess maybe I'll rent that next week when it comes out on DVD and then if I like it I'll see the 2nd one. I'll probably see Spider-Man 2. The Dodgeball trailer looked kind of funny and I'm a Ben Stiller fan. The teaser for The Incredibles was cute.

Movies that I *should* be interested in but have a bad feeling about: Troy, I Robot, Van Helsing, Sky Captain.

God, a Christmas without Lord of the Rings ... now that's gonna be depressing!

I know, other than The Whole Ten Yards and Catwoman there really isn't much. :]

Movies I'm looking forward to:

The Punisher
Shaolin Soccer
Van Helsing
Troy
Harry Potter
Spider-Man 2
Blade Trinity

Movies that I'll probably see against my better judgment:

The Chronicles of Riddick
I, Robot
Alien Vs. Predator
Resident Evil

And "Constantine" isn't on the list but I know it will probably appeal to the ENWorld crowd.

From that list, the ones I want to see are all but:

CATWOMAN
THE PRINCESS DIARIES 2
AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS

I am interested in the rest. The ones I will definately see in the theater are:

KILL BILL: VOLUME 2
SHAOLIN SOCCER
VAN HELSING
TROY
SHREK 2
THE CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK
SKY CAPTAIN AND THE WORLD OF TOMORROW
SPIDER-MAN 2
KING ARTHUR
I, ROBOT
THUNDERBIRDS
ALEXANDER
BLADE: TRINITY

I am most interested in Blade: Trinity, Spiderman 2, Troy, Alexander and I, Robot.

Decent year for genre flicks...
