Last year, I mentioned in passing in one of the mini-related threads that I was a dozen minis short of completing my D&D miniatures collection. Since all those minis were very expensive - and way above my budget - I had pretty much given up hope of ever completing my collection.

Next thing I knew, diaglo and echohawk stepped up and asked for my mailing address! They sent me every single mini I was missing, including such gems as Archfiends Drizzt and Harbinger Drow Cleric of Lolth - all in all, the gifts' value was over four hundred dollars! I was left speechless. This is one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me.
