Masterwork Armor = -1 to Armor check penalty (Per the DMG, all magic armor is also MW armor.)
Nimbleness special quality (+1 enhancement from Magic of Faerun) = -1 to armor check penalty
Mithral = -3 to armor check penalty

This makes a total of -5 to the armor check penalty. They can wear any light or medium armor with these qualities and still have 0 armor check penalty. The same goes with shields. They can use a Darkwood shield or a Mithral shield, both of which have an armor check penalty of 0.
3.0 Ease: A suit of armor with this enchantment allows its wearer to rest comfortably overnight without removing it, regardless of how heavy it is. The wearer can don ease armor in only 5 rounds, or remove it in a single round.
Caster Level: 5th; Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, soften earth and stone; Market Price: +1 bonus.

3.0 Nimbleness: This type of armor feels light and less restrictive than other armor of its type. While the actual weight is unchanged, the maximum Dexterity bonus increases by +2 and the armor check penalty decreases by 1.
Caster Level: 8th; Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, cat’s grace; Market Price: +1 bonus.

so +3 = 9000 + 1100 for mithril = 10100 + 7500 = 17600 + NEP

fire protection (10) = 18000gp....

my guess is Negative Energy protection is worth well more than that...

Negative Energy Protection: +1 (MOF) works once per day for 5 rounds first time the wearer is exposed to a Negative Energy Attack.

Therefore armor cost would be 1100 + 16000 (+4) +3750+3750 = 24,600gp

Although the better option would be Death Ward (MOF) at a +2 bonus. Final Cost of 33,600gp but since Negative Energy Protection got wrapped into death ward in 3.5 the other one may not be allowed, plus this one lasts for 70 minutes once it is activated.

kewl. so the negative energy is a limit use and duration.

mang, i was thinking this would be one awesome thing to get added to armor otherwise.

Don't have my books handy (at work) did they change it at all?
it was for the ring. 72000gp... since it is a ring that means it is 36000 for armor... which could translate into a +6 bonus i guess.

so that would make the total a +10 armor if it had constant negative energy protection.
edit: total would be: 1100 + 100000 + 3750 + 3750 = 108600gp i guess.
