I've DMed Planescape, Dragonlance, Warcraft, Mystara and a homebrew. I've played in Forgotten Realms, Mystara, Ravenloft and a couple homebrews.

Not a whole lot of settings. For a long time I was anti-published settings, and I always ran homebrews. Then, I started playing Planescape, had one campaign in Ravenloft, and continued on with Planescape. Really, PS has covered a lot, though, including a campaign in Ysgard, Carceri, Outlands, two in Sigil, and a bunch of planehopping interspersed within.

Played: D&D 1e (homebrew setting, inherited it for my first DM setting), Various short lived D&D games from 1e to 3e, Gamma World 1e, Boothill 1e, Star Wars d20, Torg, Marvel Heroes, Call of Cthulhu (Chaosium and d20), and DC Heroes (part of a campaign that spanned 12 years!)

edit: An RPGA Forgotten Realms game and an Eberron intro game at GenCon 2004. The Eberron DM didn't know his butt from a hole in the ground, and it showed.

I'm probably forgetting some. Apart from some favorite homebrews that I'm partial to, I'd have to say Judges Guild's Wilderlands is my favorite setting. I love the wide open feeling and there's really nothing out there like it. Can't wait to get my hands on the new boxed set, even if I never get a chance to run/play it.
