Stuff I watch:

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart - I love that show.
WWE Raw is War - Yeah, its one of my guilty pleasures but I find it entertaining.
Simpsons - Not to concerned with catching all the new episodes, but I watch reruns periodically.
Basketball games - particularly the Chicago Bulls and ISU Cyclones games.

Don't watch a hole lot of TV other than that though. I am upset to find out that Conquest is going away. I used to watch the History Channel a lot more but I don't seem to be able to catch anything very interesting on the station recently.

Why weekly "must watch's" are:

Alias
Angel
Scrubs
24

One that I haven't seen mentioned is Hornblower.

Since Firefly was axed, I'm not sure if we'll get to see it here in Australia.

Well, I'm glad someone else mentioned some animated shows. My must-watch shows are sadly reduced to:

Angel
Jackie Chan Adventures

If I got A&E, I'd watch Hornblower :(

Unfortunatly I work weeknights So i cant watch the standard prime time Tv i love.

24,
7th Heaven
Angel
Charmed
Startrek: Enterprise
Smallville
Live Action Sailormoon (i gotta get it ported over from japan, subbed)

I LOVE just about everything on discovery.
Myth Busters is one of the best.

Jackie Chan Adventures is a good cartoon but the cartoon i'm intrested in most is Teen Titans.

no. NPR in the morning to work. and NPR in the evening from work.

i read for enjoyment otherwise. at least 120 pages per day.

work out in my home gym. or do stuff in the yard. or go hiking, biking, jogging, whatever to stay fit.

healthy mind, body, and spirit to me are the secrets to a happy life. :D
Right...Well should have not expected someone like you to appreciate the complexities of a great band like Shadows Fall. :p Or metal at all.

Alias
Angel
Scrubs
Smallville
Sportscenter
Survivor

Add in either Yankees baseball, NY Giants Football & UConn basketball for their respective seasons.

What I like to watch. Since I am between jobs at this moment I have a bit of time on my hands.

Mythbusters (don't you wish you could do what these two do for a living)
Mail Call (I'm somewhat a military nut, but cannot serve)
CSI (not Miami)
Good Eats (Teaches me more about cooking than any other cooking show)
Justice League
Teen Titans
MXC (Bad dub of a game show from Japan from 10 years ago.)
The Screen Savers
X-Play

I really do not like non-cable tv.
