What skills and feats would YOU have in D&D?

Hmm...well based on the rather nice ability scores which that online quiz gave me,
(Str 10 Dex 10 Con 15 Int 18 Wis 13 Cha 15) I wouldn't qualify for a bunch of the feats.

I'd have Improved Initiative for sure; I think fast, though not necessarily right. Chaotic Mind and Mind over Body also seem appropriate, then Open Minded and the PH feats Diligent, Endurance, Great Fortitude, Iron Will, Leadership maybe, and perhaps Negotiator.

For skills, something like:
Knowledge[Trivia] +10 (I won a few thousand dollars on a small-time quiz show once for winning the state championship)
Knowledge[Mythology: Greek] +16
Knowledge[Mythology] +12
Bluff +9 (I never lie, but I'm good at getting people to misunderstand me if I desire)
Concentration +6
Diplomacy +6
Gather Information +4
Knowledge[History: Ancient] +8
Knowledge[History:Medieval] +6
Knowledge[History:Renaissance] +6
Knowledge[Literature: Ancient] +10
Knowledge[Literature: 800-1700] +8
Knowledge[Computer Science] +10
Knowledge[Mathematics] +8
Knowledge[Physics] +7
Knowledge[Chemistry] +8
Knowledge[Biology] +6
Knowledge[Religion] +9
Knowledge[Philosophy] +8
Perform [Acting] +6
Sense Motive +5
Speak Language [bits and pieces of several]
Swim +1

I'm going to skip the skills as well. As for feats....

Animal Affinity
Combat Reflexes
Exotic Weapon Proficiency - Whip
Improved Unarmed Strike
Iron Will (I prefer to call it "Stubborn as an Ass")
Snatch Arrows................................I keed, I keed!

Don't know if they have ever printed it, but I know I have the Iron Stomach feat:

IRON STOMACH [GENERAL]
Benefit: You are unaffected by anything consumed which you do not choose to be affected by. This includes, but is not limited to: poison, disease, alcohol, uncooked/undercooked meats, spicy food, fast food, faster food, gutbombs, etc.. Choosing to be affected is a standard action that provokes attacks of opportunity. Once you have chosen to be affected, you suffer the consequences as normal for that consumed item.
Special: You cannot take this feat if you were born under the Zodiacal sign of Pisces
