Actually, I screwed up when I posted. Read it wrong and then mistyped my answer. I was WAY off.

For starters,

C=Chaotic (11)
L=Lawful (3)
E=Evil (0)
G=Good (12)
N=Neutral (on the Good vs. Evil axis) (12)
X=Neutral (on the Law vs. Chaos) (12)

His problem centers around the fact that he is either NG (12/12) or NN (also 12 in each).

To give an answer (now that I'm not so tired), you are Neutral Good. You have no tendency towards evil (pulling you away from goodness) and, like the man said, you have to have a 15 to be TN. You do have a bent towards Chaos, though not enough to limit you with Protection from Chaos. You are still affected by Protection from Good though.

So, your NG with a bent towards Chaos.
