Salutations,

Well, since I know nothing about you, then I say you ask for the money that would have been spent and save it until you find something you want.

Otherwise- go to the review page and poke around to find something that interests you.

Well i usually DM, but i might be playing for a few months.
I have:
3 Core.
Psi Handbook
Deities And Demigods (oh how i regret buying it..)
Oriental Adventures
All the Classbooks
The 2 main Kalamar books and "Root of all evil"
The Ghelspad Campaign guide
The Sunless Citadel, Forge Of Fury, Speaker in Dreams and Deep Horizon WOTC adventures.
Most of the 1dt edition books.
Manual Of The Planes
i THINK thats about it........

If you need a city sipplement you can't go wrong with either Freeport or Bluffside.

You want some great class/race options for P{Cs or NPCs I highly suggest the Quintessential series from Mongoose. So far they have a book on Fighters, Clerics, Rogues, Wizards, Elves, and Dwarves.

Need a book with spells and items and new magical options I suggest Relics and Rituals, Spells and Spellcraft, and Occult Lore.

Legions of Hell is good.

I like both the creatures collections, though know others do not.

Any of the Kalamar modules are great!

The Sovereign Stone setting has a really great magic system...

I love that system. It's also got some good non-magic core class.

It's a wonderful system for a low-magic world.

If you want spells, buy Occult Lore or Relics & Rituals.

If you want monsters, buy Creature Collection II. (Or save your money for Monsternomicon!)

If you want a really cool city based setting, buy Freeport or Bluffside.

If you want some modules, buy the Kalamar ones or some by Penumbra.

I also like the Penumbra products En Route or Backdrops.

As far as the best values, you can't go wrong with the following:
(placed in order of best to worst, imho)

Magic of Faerun (world-specific, but easily adaptable. tons of info for any campaign, both DMs and players)

Manual of the Planes - lots of info for any player. tons of interesting ideas, prestiege classes, creatures, etc.

Tome and Blood- the best of the splatbooks

Relics and Rituals is also quite good, as is Traps and Treachery, Spells and Spellcraft and any of the creature collections. However, any of the last 4 have a few balance problems at points.

Just my 2 cents
