What would you pay?

Well, since the idea of a book full of crunchy gestalt NPC's isn't liked I have another question for you all.

What would you be willing to pay for a balanced gestalt 1st level adventure in pdf format?

Come on folks, someone out there must have an opinion. If you wouldn't buy it at all, just post so. I'm looking for all kinds of feedback, negative and positive (hopefully).

First level gestalts are not that much more powerful then a nomral party. So, an adventure for gestalts at first level should be pretty easy to do.

Even if it was aimed for higher level gestalts I fail to see why a module needs to be aimed at gestalts. It would be easy to say any module for 10th level character is also for 7th level gestalts or whatever one feels the difference should be.

A First level getstalt adventure should not be greaty different than a normal 1st level adventure. Simply assume there is a member of every class in the party when designing encounters and chlelneges.

It is the higher levels it become very difficult to guesstimate power levels of Gestalt PC since thier power levels flux wildly depending on how powergamed the characters were.

I do not play using the gestalt rules. Heck, I don't even know what they are, to be perfectly honest. So for me and the folks I know, this would not be anything we would purchase.

Me too. What are gestalt rules?

Gestalt

It sounds pretty damn overpowered, but you have to realize a few things about Gestalt...

1) It's a campaign option, it's not meant to be used in combination with normal characters (at least for the PCs).
2) It's mostly adding versatility to a character, apart from some synergy effects, characters do not become more powerful in what they do primarily... they just do more things equally well.
3) Gestalt characters are overall more powerful than normal characters, but not nearly twice as powerful... especially at lower levels, they are almost the same.

It's actually quite fun, as long as you keep things somewhat restrained when it comes to multiclassing (at least IMX). :)

Anything, that is build for Gestalt characters, is a failure from the beginning, concept-wise, considering how few people use these rules. ;)
