What's a good combination of Paladin/Rogue/Sorcerer?

You sure about that? You sure get a lot at 2nd level, then. And I could build a human character with 2 levels of fighter and 2 levels of martial rogue for a total of 7 feats (human, starting, 1st fighter, 2nd fighter, first MR, 3rd level feat, 2nd MR), all for dropping 1 point of BAB.
It says "Bonus feats (as fighter)", not "Bonus feats from the fighter's list but at different levels".

It also says "A class feature gained works just as it did for its original class, including the level at which it is gained and any other effects, except as noted below."

And it doesn't note an exception below, in this case.

A few other dips with synergies you'll want to think about...

Wilder 2 - grants CHA to touch AC, opens the way to Cerebremancer (yeah, there are better PrCs, but then again, ANY PrC is better than Sorcerer)
Hexblade 2 - grants CHA to saves vs. spells and SLAs, stacks with the Paladin's Divine Grace. BTW, don't forget about the alignment variant paladins from UA for extra flexibility.
Warlock 2 - no real synergy, but permanent Detect Magic and 2 Invocations, such as, say, See the Unseen and Baleful Utterance (Save is CHA-based...)
Blackguard 2 - hard to enter as a Sorcerer, but Dark Blessing stacks with Divine Grace as long as entering Blackguard does not make you lose your paladin abilities (but then again, there are Paladins of Slaughter and Paladins of Tyranny...).

All this, of course, works much better in Gestalt.

Hmm. Have you seen Battle Blessing yet? Now that's a feat that rewards single-class paladins. All spells as Swift actions. Cool.

If what you want is to blow things up, you might consider Warmage instead of Sorcerer.

Honestly, though? I'd suggest:

Paladin 4/Sorcerer (or Battle Sorcerer) X/Abjurant Champion 5

Feats: Practiced Spellcaster, Divine Might

Pick up some low-level spells to deal with traps and stuff.

Personally, I think a Swashbuckler 3/Beguiler X would be a lot of fun... but that a whole other type of character.
