What's a good high defense, low offense monster around cr 7

Can someone name me a good MMI monster that focuses mainly on the defense over the offense...preferably something around CR 7.

Annis Hag (CR7)
Flesh Golem (CR7)

You can also give a monster (given the prerequisites are fulfilled) the Combat Expertise feat instead of one that it picked up. It allows to shift up to 5 points from offense (attack bonus) to defense (armor class).

I'd try incorporeal creatures.

You could also use a CR 1-5 creature and add a few levels of cleric (focusing on defensive spells and wearing a lot of armor)
