What's the Best RPG Bargain You've Ever Gotten?

I've gotten a couple of really good deals over the years. Almost all of them have been at the flea markets at HMGS cons. Since it's primarily a historical thing, RPG and alt stuff goes cheap. Examples:

* Dark Sun boxed sets and thin supplements still in the shrinkwrap for $2 each. Got 70% of the original run setting stuff in one shot.

* Earthdawn books at an amazing $50 for a set of 10-15. Not anywhere near the whole line, but enough to get a bunch of interesting stuff for it.

* 15 old 1E/BECM modules for $10 total. Some where beat up, but there was enough there to justify the cost several times over.

* An almost complete collection of 3/3.5 Dungeon magazines at 2/$1! This is huge as far as I'm concerned, if only to help me fill in my collection of the Shackled City and Age of Worms adventure paths.

* This is not quite D&D related, but here you go: for $50, I got over 150 GW Orcs and Goblins, 90% of which were metal figs. For stuff that can retail at $3 a fig and up, 3/$1 isn't bad at all!

The last three are from Historicon last weekend, so the good deals are still available to anyone who wants them.

I got a whole crapload of older edition stuff from a professor at my college, all for $35. Ten modules, two Role-Aids books (Elves and Dragons), two White Dwarf issues, Town of Baldemar and a whole bunch of Dragon and Dungeon magazines, as well as beat-up copies of the Basic and Expert rules.

I looked stuff up online, and the modules were worth $35 all together.

Collectible wise, Fighting Wheel as a free gift.

From e-Bay, White Dwarf issues 3 to 5 for £17, and Hellbound for £11 :D

Speaking of Planescape, Planes of Law and Planes of Chaos for £4 each, plus several modules (including Dead Gods) for £2 each in a shop who were discontinuing their RPG stuff.

5 or so Midnight splatbooks for 5 tacken each.

Gargantuan Back Dragon for 12
Colossal Red for 25

Might be others, lucky catches at eBay and so on, but I don't remember anything right now.

I got a 1st edition Player's Handbook from a friend for $5 (to be fair, I promised $10, but forgot to pay back the other $5). It wasn't in the best condition though.

I got a few modules from the RPGA for free, and I'm still not sure why to this day. One was the Wand of Archael, one was the Fright at Tristor, and one was the 25th silver anniversary version of I6: Ravenloft (updated to 2e I believe). I gave the last one to a friend, and have kicked myself ever since.

I still pass by garage sales in hopes of finding awesome D&D finds, but no such luck :(

Wrath of the Immortals box set Challenger Series for $25 in NM condition
Starships of the Galaxy trade for my C&C 1st print PH
Call of Cthulhu d20 for $18

At Gencon '06, Titan Games was selling their overstock d20 games "Buy 1, get 3 free"

So for about $40, I got:
Nyambe: African Adventures
Dark Inheritance
Counter Collection Gold (tin)
Counter Collection: Summoned Monsters (tin)

Another really sweet deal was at the Green Ronin booth, where I got the three Advanced d20 rulebooks for $30. Advanced Bestiary alone was worth that much.

Goodman Games had sweet deals too - Complete Book of Templates for $5.

I spent more money than my 3 friends at Gencon, but they all paid much more for their most expensive purchase than I did. Lots of bargains, lots of cheap little stuff.

Mage hardcover, Changeling Hardcover, Werewolf wild west and the great war plus a bunch of other books for about 5 bux each when a local allied hobbies was closing shop...

I've gotten numerous good deals as used book stores, cons, etc.

Nothing that would floor me though, like find a first print woodgrain at a yard sale or anything like that.
