1) Mugellan Xeos: Goblin Bard, College of Song. Carries a conductors wand which is used to direct the rest of the party. Mugellan is shrewd and affable, able to make and maintain friends in high places. It is Mugellan who investigates and secure's the group's mercenary contracts as well as handling the group's finances. Those who look closely at the group's work may notice a surprising pattern emerging from the taken jobs, but it is not one Mugullan has shared with the others - yet.
2) Chixerses Ruu: (gold) Dragonborn Fighter, Samurai. Once a High Defender of the Crown, Chixerses (or "Chi", as her friends call her) stepped down from her post when her grandfather was framed for a crime and imprisoned. Chixerses has become ronin, looking to clear her family's name and free her grandfather from his imprisonment. Chixerses strongly believes that someone in the High Government was behind her grandfather's fall, but has been unable to root out the culprit thus far. She was recently approached by Mugellan, who promised to aid Chixerses quest in return for her faithful guardianship of the group. Chixerses hesitantly accepted, but has come to appreciate the noble, if somewhat odd Mugellan's sense of honor.
3) Hadamere Vex: Half-elvin Ranger, Monster Slayer. An outcast from the forest of Shoom, Hadamere was "cursed" with strong fey ties from his satyr father. For most of his life he fought against elvin prejudices and managed to rise into the ranks of the Gloomguard - a hardened band of elves who undertook suicidal missions against the rabid creatures of the Shoom. There, he found a deep bond of comraderie with his fellow elves, who judged him on his abilities, not his heritage. Unfortunately, while stalking a pair of manticores in the deep woods, his hunting party was ambushed and slain - Hadamere barely escaped with his own life, and only with the medicinal concotions of Felix. Presumed dead by the elves of Shoom, and with the last of those who understood him now slain, he has struck out from his small world into a larger one at the side of his new friend, Felix.
4) Felix Merewest: Halfling Sorcerer, Divine Soul. Born on the streets of the city, Felix was raised by a kindly, if rogueish tiefling warlock known as Jade. Jade, while a patient teacher of magic and a fair parent figure, was not one to discourage Felix's street antics and the two made quite a bit of coin from their magic sideshow and from the strange brews they sold to dim-witted city dwellers and foreigners. However, Felix was scared straight when her former mentor was arrested by the city's inquistors and imprisoned in the deep dungeons. In the confusion that followed her own flight, she fled to her friendly competitor, Mugellan Xeos, who took the still-young Felix in. As the city's seedy underside contracted in the clenching fist of the inquisition, both decided it was time to move on. Along their travels, it was Felix who found and saved Hadamere, but in so doing has come to realize that the powers she possesses are very similar to those wielded by the inquisition.
