What's the most broken PC you've ever seen in a campaign? Broken, for those that don't know, is a PC that is extremely powerful, usually at low levels, and gets that way by using rules that exist, so they are completely legal, but are completely unbalanced and way, WAY to powerful.

Definitely. Reducing your opponent(s) to 1d4 hp is much, much more powerful than any Hulking Hurler, Frenzied Berserker, etc. And to add to that, the Cleric can be a straight Cleric and doesn't give up BAB, hp, etc etc to do it.

3.0 Cleric with Harm. :)
Note: you don't need to respond to the following comment. Enough flamewars have happened on the subject. I wasn't involved in them, so I will just say: I don't see how Harm suddenly became a problem in 3e when it never was before.

There. I said it. Please ignore this now and get on with the rest of the thread. :)

Well, so long as its not a requirement ... :)

I think it had something to do with touch attacks, which are an addition to the 3.0 ruleset, in place of a normal attack, as well as the ability to hold a charge should you fail to connect with a melee attack.
