Whats this party missing?

If you are just looking at filling niches, I'd say something with a wilderness orientation--ranger, druid, barbarian type. A Druid will be a nice complement to this group broading the available spells and adding to healing as well as combat once wildshape comes into play. Ranger gives you a better skills set and an archer build might be good for this group. I think you could also benefit from a bard to fill the 'face' roll as someone else suggested.

Overall, the current party build looks combat-light, especially in the high-melee damage area, which suggests a Barbarian or Fighter. The Barbarian would fit well with the Shaman and Dervish.

More generally, you've got a high-number of multi-class characters, so a single-class of one of those could give you some welcome depth.

The other alternative is to take a support type character, like a Monk or Bard.

I'd have to suggest some sort of archer, you have melee combat covered well with all characters but no good physical damage given from a range, its all magic and if there is a mob of magic resistant badies come at ya wold be nice to be able to drop a few of them before they get to you. Why not a Storm Archer or something along those lines?

Druid working towards Oozemaster?
Has that been updated for 3.5?
If not, it probably is a pretty straight shot for conversions.
See, you can do anything with D&D. Even the things you shouldn't.
