What's with the hat for PayPal?

I think the only time I've used Paypal was to purchase my CS account here at ENWorld.

Oh wait, maybe also for my shirts from Poppinjay productions (hi Doc Midnight!)

I've had no troubles with Paypal so far... but I've only used it to make payments from my credit card. I've never actually had more than maybe a dollar in the account.

I haven't had any problems with them. I mostly use them for Ebay, and very little else. The way you'd really get burned is with the 'Money Market' thing they have going now, which is an option you can have for you account wherein every month or so you get a bonus based on how much you had in the account. Of course it isn't 'risk-free', which insinuates "You can't blame us if your money suddenly disappears."

Anyways, i don't think Paypal will give much of a problem unless you keep gobs of money in it.

this is the reason i have an account too.

i don't like using credit cards over the internet. i felt paypal was a kinda of added security. and many ebay dealers like it.

i've used it for donations too.
