A few question about the Weapon Focus feat (or, in fact, about any
Weapon-specific feat).

Weapon focus can be taken with any weapon, Unarmed strike, Grapple, and for
the various weapon-like spell effects (Ray, Energy Missile, Touch spell).

1) Weapon Focus (Unarmed strike) will have no effect if you deliver a Touch
spell (unless you make a normal melee attack that causes damage), correct?

-Correct.

2) Does Weapon Focus (Unarmed strike) help with Melee touch attacks that are
made in the various combat maneuvres? (For example, when trying to initiate
a bare-handed Trip attack)

-Yes.

3) Say i have a Touch spell active, and I have the Weapon Focus (Touch
spell) active. Would I benefit from it if I tried to initiate a bare-handed
Trip attack?

-No.

3a) Would I incur an AoO (since I am considered armed)?

-Yes.

3b) Would I damage my opponent if my initial touch attack succeeded?

-If the spell does damage, then yes.
