Pathfinder 1E Where do I find the languages?

Puxido

First Post
I was making an npc, and I was considering what languages to give him with his int bonus. I was looking at what languages he could learn, but it hit me, where is the list for all the languages that exist in the game? I looked through the core rulebook and couldn't find it, could someone point me in the right direction? (a link, or page number?)

Linguistics skill, pages 101-102.

Not a complete list of all the languages in the game, actually. Other rules sources add many more. But the basic list, yes.

Most monsters speak their own language. For the Golarion setting, there are the following human and non-human languages:
Azlanti, Common, Dtang, Dwarven, Erutaki, Goblin, Hallit, Hon-la, Hwan, Jistka, Kelish, Minatan, Minkaian, Orc, Osiriani, Osiriani-Ancient, Polyglot, Shadowtongue, Shoanti, Skald, Takritanin, Thassilonian, Tien, Triaxian, Undercommon, Varisian, Vudrani. Triaxian and ShadowTounge are trade languages, like Common is, but a bit more limited. Polyglot is a root language for all the huge number of tribal languages in Mwangi.

This is why the PF SRD is so helpful - the citations. Just scroll to the bottom of something and it shows you where, so yes certainly the core book (though no page number).

I just typed in "Languages" and found the linguistics skill to be the source AND got a full list of languages. I suspect there might be more for the Golarion setting but I don't know, I rarely use even all the ones presented on that link.
