Usually at home, where I run two monthly games.
But I have a game going with a few work mates where we play at lunchtimes (usually a much more combat-focused session, one encounter per day).

Being in Australian, our FLGS is way too far away to be worthwhile.

I game online, so I voted "at home." When I played FtF, it was always at somebody's apartment/house, either mine or the players.

Man was the issue of "where to game" a problem for our group.

For various reasons, none of us could host a gaming group at our respective homes. Once we'd determined that, though, finding a place became one heck of an ordeal. We'd usually find a building on the local college campus that hadn't been locked during the weekend and game in a classroom there, but that didn't always work (sometimes they actually locked all the doors).

When that failed, we'd use rooms in the local library (if a nonprofit group hadn't already reserved it) or at the local game store (which had a very small, unpleasant backroom for gaming...and was usually full anyway), neither of which were very palatable options.

Luckily, the newest player in our group is willing and able to let us game at his place. All's well that ends well.

Nowadays I run my undersea game in an IRC chat room.

I haven't run a face-to-face D&D game since 1994. I started running online games with "Into the Land of Black Ice" ( play-by-post), run on AOL's RPG Forum, then moved to TSR's AOL Forum, then moved to TSR's fledgling website, then took the game to my own website. It's been even longer since I was a player in a tabletop game of D&D.

That doesn't mean that I won't occasionally dress the part:

Sometimes at home, but currently at the store (which is almost my home).
Before I bought the store, I played almost exclusively at a game store.
