Would there be interest in seeing a DragonWing Games/Bastion Press 4.0 version of:

- Arms & Armor
- Spells & Magic
- Complete Minions

and others?
Yes. Besides A&A, Alchemy & Herbalists, Airships and Doom Striders would be the front-runners, in my mind.

Geez -- there are so many I can think of off the top of my head. Obvious ones would be new adventure support from Paizo, Necro, Goodman.

I'd like to see the following settings 4e'd:

Scarred Lands
Oathbound
Warlords of the Accordlands (fat chance, though. It's a really neat setting.)
Arcanis

The following crunchy/supplements:

Book of the Righteous
Book of Fiends (or the whole Demonomicon of Igwillv, done by Paizo)
Freeport 4e
Various Malhavoc products, including Ptolus, BoEM.
Dynasties and Demagogues (sp?)
Some of those cool Bastion Press products mentioned above...

I really am a glutton for good gaming materials and there has been a lot in 3.x. It's kinda nice to fondly remember the halcyon days of 3.x (good) supplements, all the while looking forward to a new edition.

Has Phil Reed mentioned whether he would jump on the 4e wave? I really love the Ronin Arts stuff, and a lot of what he has done would be ripe for 4e conversion.

I'd happily fork over another $120 if Monte would convert (as in completely redo the big book) his Ptolus from 3.5 to 4e.

Some folks might look at that as paying too much, but the 3.5 version is incredible and the amount of work I'll have to do to keep my two groups going if I convert them is incredible.

I don't think it will be that hard to convert Ptolus to 4e. I presently really use it for fluff more than anything anyhow... I rarely even bother to use the statted NPCs in the book opting for my own.

Having said that, I would likely buy a PDF that contained all the 4E conversions, but I won't pay another $100 for it.
