Which class suffers more wo/armor? Cleric or PsyWarrior?

All, I'm working on a little episode of gaming and need an opinion. Which class suffers more in a typical D&D adventure? Cleric or Psychic Warrior?

Cleric. PsyWarrior can use Inertial Armor, and has Tumble as a class skill.

Both make excellent Archers, so I'm not sure either.

Will the PCs be designed to operate without armor?

No. Just all spellcasters and all psionic users will suffer an encumbrance and/or armor penalty just like arcane users. In this situation, magic is magic is magic.

I see arcane spell failure for all. If the cleric is smart, he'll try to get a feat that will grant him a sacred AC bonus equal to his AC, by expending a turn undead check.

Otherwise I'd say both are kind of screwed.
