Which horror/supernatural creature is more dangerous and/or scariest?

I'm trying stay away from "scifi" and stick with more horror, occult types of creatures.

You don't have to see it as sci-fi. Any kind of intelligent predator that hunts methodically fits the bill. Especially one so antithetical to humans. Vamps and werewolves show emotions, sometimes primal. But a creature or entity that doesn't emote like we do I find dreadful.
It's like Joe Haldeman described in his book Forever Peace. It follows a pilot of a remotely controlled military robot. The character tells how sometimes something can happen to a pilot that makes a robot go insane and go on a rampage. He goes on to say that the enemy finds those rampaging robots less frightening than the methodical way they usually fight because it makes them "human".

That said, Chuckie scared the crap out of me when I was eleven. I must have gone to sleep with the light on for two months.

Depending on the kind of vamps, I think they can be the most dangerous. Them or any other immortal and intelligent undead. Most spirits in fiction are tied to some person or location but a creature that has the time and the intellect can make it so he has influence and power over others. Especially ones with powerful physical qualities to boot.

I forget what movie it was from (i think it was a Tails from the Crypt like movie with a series of horror shorts), but I remember there being this lake with a slime like creature in it and some teens were stuck on a floating platform on the middle of the lake.

I always though that if that slime could grow and expand out of the lake it would be scary. But then realistically, it probably would dry out. However, if that slime acted like grey goo...

That was Creepshow 2.

To revised my earlier question, Which creature would be more powerful than vampires (or any undead types), werewolves or supernatural creature? Still excluding robots or aliens.
