Which horror/supernatural creature is more dangerous and/or scariest?

The whole question came about would if there was an all out war between several supernatural creatures like vamps, werewolves, mages, zombies, mummies the fae and few others and a new player (or two) came into the action and wipe out half the population of the supernaturals? Who or would would be that powerful and that dangerous? I this idea after watching several movies and seeing novels of vampires v, werewolves vs zombies and other verses concepts.
Some might say aliens or robots but this supernatural not scifi Others would say how about Cthulhu or virus but that would to easy IMO. Would or could there be something uncommon

I would have say... my great-grandfather's animated underwear, boots and belt. The stuff of nightmares.

EDIT: Note, the belt is more like a whip than something holding up the underwear.

There have been some good ones over the year, Buffy's creatures that took your voice was scary. Then Dr Who's Weeping Angels.

Body Snatchers freak me out.

I found the Thing (the John Carpenter one, not the Fantastic Four or James Arnez versions) to be especially scary when I was a kid.

I'm tempted to go with the original 'invasion of the body snatchers' in many ways - although would you rule that out as sci-fi rather than supernatural?

I guess I'd be tempted to go for traditional vampire, from the supernatural collection.
