D&D General Which non-D&D races would like to see in Dungeons and Dragons?

Bangaa, Viera, Numou, from Final Fantasy, maybe those other ones from FF 14 I know less about.

Goron, Deku, Zora, Kokiri leaf masked guys and eagles guys from LoZ.

Hmmm...have to think on this one. As soon as you introduce a highly recognizable species from another IP, your game threatens to become another genre. Like, if Wookies suddenly appear, there's no way to unring that bell.

So unless I am intentionally fusing genres, perhaps with a multiverse plot, I would have to pick something that fits fairly easily into fantasy. D&D has enough Lovecraftian influence that Deep Ones would work fairly seamlessly. Skeksis, from the Dark Crystal. Does the horned beast Ludo from Labyrinth count as a species?
