Wilden and those crystal psionic people from 4e were very cool.
I was never too fond of the crystal people. Wilden I can get behind though more specifically for a plant type of people I'd prefer the Sylvari from guild wars 2, that game has some cool races in it.

When Dreamscarred Press redid Magic of Incarnum and Book of Nine Swords for Pathfinder (1e), they made a point of tying them together much more seamlessly... I'm actually in the process of reworking those systems plus their PF psionics stuff to make a unified magic system that includes martial and psychic as magic power sources.
stop telling me about this I need to keep my money.
And then, these days, there's absolutely gonna be that one guy who insists on replying, "I am Groot." to everything anyone says to him...
it get boring after 5 sessions.

what is the difference exactly?

Most likely I just prefer the Sylvania because I've explored some of the lore of guild wars, wandered through their cities, etc, so when I think plant people I tend to think of them first. Wilden I remember mostly their art which I wasn't a fan of but otherwise remember almost no lore about them.
