I know they are from star trek more who they are as they do not seem to be big player in the plots if memory serves

Betaziods are a federation race of empaths and telepathy that are important Federation members, think Troi, Risians are Lawful Good hedonists whose world is known as a beloved vacation spot, Edo are Lawful Neutral version of Risians but with a brutal legal could with death for any crime, Wadi are a race of Gamblers.

wait the pleasure planet has a native people?

what do the otherwise offer?

Something akin to Zelda’s Koroks & Ghibli’s Kodama (so like if we had a PC species of Chwingas?).

Cactusfolk from Magic: The Gathering.

An Evil Eye Goliath subtype.

Dunedain / Tuathan / Half-elves / Feytouched / Fey Ancestry Humans / High Humans or something akin to these — Humans but long lived and some elf like traits.

Rules for playing animalfolk ala Bloomburrow, Redwall, Secret of NIMH, Peter Rabbit, (actual mice, birds, bats, lizards, otters, frogs, etc). Not Owlin, Tabaxi, Harengon etc that are humanoid animals.

Rules for playing Vampires, Werewolves, Witch Species, Ghosts, Zombies, etc — not half-step options like Dhampir or Shifter, and not Class-based options like Path of the Beast or Sorcerer. Those are great, but what about mix matching without multiclassing?

Rules to play actual Dragons.

Phyrexians and Phyrexianized creatures.

Playable Daleks. Exterminate!

Rhox (Rhinofolk).

Shark-Jackal-Pig hybrid folk. Or Street Sharks. Or those guys from Ivalice!

The great thing about Star Trek races is that 90% of them are humans with psionic abilities and/or funny tattoos, the few others can be represented by elves (vulcans) or goblins (ferengi).
