That's just sad. Leaving aside my own estimation of the chosen exemplars as the two dopiest D&D settings... the first settings are either "Greyhawk and Blackmoor" or "Blackmoor and Greyhawk". The former formulation is perhaps more pious, the latter more alphabetical and perhaps more fair.
And just to stave off getting "anybody-ed"... I'm not using this as an excuse to hate 4E. I just think it's an objectively retarded formulation.
